Monthly Rental	Daily & Weekly Rental
Once we confirm a vacancy, we will process your application and hold a room temporarily. Necessary documents Apply within US Application Form – Along with $25 none refundable fee Your Request Form Credit Card Authorization Form Copy of Picture ID Copy of Bank Statement which can cover 3 month worth of rent Once the application process is completed, we will reserve a room for you. $100.00 holding deposit needs to be paid and this holding deposit will apply to Security Deposit upon move-in.   Apply outside US Application Form – Along with $10 none refundable fee Your Request Form Credit Card Authorization Form Copy of Passport Copy of Visa (If you wish to stay 3 months or longer) Copy of I-20 Form (if youare attending school) Copy of Bank Statement which can cover 3 month worth of rent Copy of round trip airplane ticket (If you don’t have Visa) Once the application process is completed, we will reserve a room for you. $200.00 holding deposit needs to be paid and this holding deposit will apply to Security Deposit upon move-in. Upon signing the Lease Agreement, we will issue a room key. First month rent and Security Deposit will be charged to you.	Upon signing the Registration Card, we will issue a room key. Payment of entire stay will be requred upon check-in. Cash payment requires $100 cash deposit.
